Shipping
We understand you are excited to receive your order. Please ensure your billing and shipping information matches to prevent an altogether cancellation or delay in processing. Every purchase will require a signature to receive your order. This is to protect you as a customer and us, as a business.
Shipping Time: Once the processing period is complete, the shipping time will vary depending on your location. For customers in the United States, we offer UPS Priority, which typically takes 1-3 business days or Express shipping options that are 1-2 business days. Please note that these shipping times do not include the processing period.
Delays: During sales periods and holidays, there may be slight delays in shipping. Additionally, due to the current pandemic, there may be small delays in shipping as local carriers are working hard to handle the increased volume of online orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
Lost/Stolen Packages: While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your package, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this unfortunate situation occurs, we recommend opening a claim with UPS. All packages come with a tracking number, so please track your package regularly to ensure its safe arrival. If you will not be home on the expected delivery date, you can request to have your package held at your local UPS post office via UPS.com.
Refunds/Returns: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept refunds or returns. However, if you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of the original purchase date at rainbowcashycandles@gmail.com. We'll be happy to assist you with the cancellation process.
Damages and Other Issues: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if you receive an item with any issues, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. To ensure that we can address the issue promptly, please reach out to us within the first 24 hours of receiving the item. Failure to do so may void any terms for resolving the issue.
